For those not in the know, the fabulous sopapilla pictured here is like a giant elephant ear covered in hot strawberries, topped with whipped cream then and drizzled with scrumptious chocolate sauce.
Mmmmmmm, mmmmmmmm, good.

Damn that looks good. I wonder how long it would take us to drive to Mexico from Portland. Maybe you can just bring me one of those puppies and we'll pop it in the toaster-oven when you get here. :)
